George McNee - Founder and Manager of the Harvester AFC
THE HARVESTER AFC - A BREIF HISTORY
The Harvester AFC was founded in 1996/997 by Mr George McNee and was formaly known as The Copper Tun.
In 1996 they moved to The Harvester Public House and were playing in the Armadale and District League. During that time The Harvester AFC won the league three times.
In 1998 they then moved over to The West Lothian Sunday Amateur League in 1998 and achived the following:
- Won West Lothian League 8 times
- League Cup Winners 7 times
- Sponsors Cup 5 times
- Scottish Sunday Amateur (Famous Grouse) Cup 2003/2004 Winners
- Fair Play Trophy Winners
The Harvester AFC is managed by Mr George McNee and is looking forward to the 2009/2010 season.
When the season begins, reports and pictures from each game will be posted on the Website on a weekly basis and will be updated by Mr John (The Gimp) Wilson.
